This is my favourite vinaigrette which I got from this recipe:- Coconut Chicken Salad with warm Honey Mustard Vinaigrette
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tsp dijon mustard
Mix up and microwave for 20 seconds to melt the honey.
I don’t’ know if the mustard or the balsamic is LCD friendly, but this dressing sure beats the dressings full of preservatives and chemicals at the grocery store! My husband loves this dressing too. I make this salad for him every so often.
