The daily feed

I’m trying to be really good today. Here goes:-

This oatmeal doesn’t look like much, but it has a toasty flavour and the almond vanilla milk gives it a nice nutty flavour. I added a teaspoon of honey and a handful of almonds. What a power brekky!

Snack. Cashew butter and a pink lady apple. Super sweet mixed with nutty and slightly salty. Winning combo:-

Lunch was fabulous! Gluten free bread, whole grain mustard, avocado, sweet chilli tuna, sprouts, tomatoes. The picture doesn’t do this sandwich justice:-

The day isn’t over. I’ve indulged in a couple of cups of tea, and kiwi fruit and mandarins for snacktime. Veges for dinner?! Most likely.
