Tonight I made muffins. These came out really good and I’m feeling pretty stoked with them. Cooking with gluten free flour is a new venture for me. These muffins were better than my last. Granted, they did have 1/2 a cup of sugar in them, but otherwise are very healthy. They consist of flour, oats, apple puree, berries, egg whites and sugar. Compared the other recipes there isn’t a lot of sugar.
