Sometimes all you need is a little comfort food. I’m not well right now but am determined to stick to my “no refined sugar” for 30 days. Today is day 7. When I’m sick all I want is some chocolate, so I’ve done well.
Last night I made this turkey chilli. It came out well!
1 bottle tomato puree
2 TBS tomato paste
Spices – I used salt/pepper/cumin/cayenne pepper/coriander powder
I served it up with slim pasta, cheese and sour cream. Overall it was light in terms of weight watcher points, but heavy on taste! The slim pasta helped – its gluten free and no points. I like it as a substitute for real pasta which seems to trouble my stomach anyway.
