What do you do…

when missing bread desperately?! Day 5 of no dairy and grains. I’m missing my cups of tea and toast. Feeling like I was going to cave, I quickly whipped up this loaf of grain free bread from Elena’s Pantry. The only substitution I made was using chia seeds instead of flax meal. I quickly downed a slice with some raspberry chia jam I made the other day from the I Quit Sugar website.
