I have a terrific case of Tuesday-itis today and am not feeling great. My stomach feels a bit blah. I’ve had a few really late nights so that could have a lot to do with my overall feeling!

On a more positive note, I’ve been going strong with my eating habits the last 2 weeks! 

These paleo bars are a life saver and one of my best friend’s when I need a snack on the run. My favourite!

Today’s brekky. Yes the peanut butter is organic!  

Today’s lunch. That’s a lot of salmon! I used a recipe I posted in a previous blog entry. I used tamari this time – not as good, but gluten and grain free.
